Monday Musings: They are all Hon’ble men

Reminds me of the famous speech of Mark Antony in ‘Julius Caesar’ on the death of Julius Caesar when he told the audience the reality of Caesar and what the conspirators ( Hon’ble men) who killed him said about him.
There were 90,415 illegal Indian migrants in US as of 2023/2024. But the vocal Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar says this is nothing new.
And he is an Hon’ble man

The men women and children were brought in chains & handcuffs and the US sent those pictures. The Indian Govt tells parliament nothing of that sort happened but we’ll try to get them a softer kick.
And they are all Hon’ble men.
The maximum migrants (33) of the deported 104 were from Gujarat. But Modi and Shah says “Gujarat Model is the best model of development”.
And they are both Hon’ble men.

The 30 who returned were from backward areas of Punjab who had sold their land and borrowed money to take the ‘Dunki’ route to USA. Some got killed in the way. The Punjab CM is all over the Internet showcasing the progress of Punjab.
And the Punjab CM is of course an Hon’ble man.
The Police identifies hundreds of agents in Punjab (70), Haryana (32), Delhi(25) and UP(25) for duping unemployed Indians for sending them abroad. The Netas are busy canvassing in elections in Delhi promising them the Moon.
And of course they are all Hon’ble men.

Fed up of poverty and unemployment many youths went to Russia only to be sent to Ukraine war against their will. PM Modi says “Putin is India’s best friend”.
And of course Modi is an Hon’ble man.
Shashi Tharoor is a celebrated writer, thinker and prominent leader of Opposition Indian National Congress. When the US flight arbitrarily sends Indian back hungry and in chains. Tharoor says,” Its the right thing for the US send illegal migrants back”.
And Shashi Tharoor is of course an Hon’ble man.

And of course both are Hon’ble men!
