NJ OAG Charges Three Men in Child Trafficking and Sexual Assault Case

By Adam Rizvi | Editor, The India Observer (TIO): TRENTON, NJ — New Jersey’s Office of the Attorney General announced that three men have been charged in connection with the alleged human trafficking, sexual assault of a minor, and production of child sexual abuse material involving a 13-year-old child.

State officials described the case as a stark reminder of the dangers faced by vulnerable children and reiterated that protecting minors remains a top priority for law enforcement agencies across New Jersey. Authorities emphasized that such crimes have lifelong impacts on victims and will be prosecuted aggressively.

All charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
