Caldwell will serve as New Jersey’s next Secretary of State. The announcement was made during a community visit to Delta’s Restaurant in New Brunswick, where The India Observer (TIO) was present for live coverage.

Dr. Caldwell, who also serves as Chair of the Gubernatorial Transition, brings decades of distinguished leadership in public service, education, nonprofit innovation, and economic development.
